The X70 is Jetour's seven-seater in Saudi Arabia and the model that explains what the brand is for: 4.72 metres of body, three rows of seats, and a starting price that lands among compact five-seat SUVs from established names.
Put a child seat in the second row and then climb into the third — access is what separates seven-seaters at this money.
How much does the Jetour X70 cost in Saudi Arabia?
Four 2026 trims spread across a wide band, and the range divides in the middle rather than climbing evenly. Two naturally aspirated cars open the list at SAR 72,990 for the Comfort (Base); the two turbocharged cars above them run to SAR 115,990 for the Luxury 1.6L Turbo (Top). Engine, not equipment, is what the big step in the middle buys.
Which X70 trim is the one to buy?
A turbocharged one, if the third row is going to be used. Seven occupants and 4.72 metres of body ask a great deal of the smaller engine, and the difference shows on any climb or overtake with the car full. Kept as a five-seater with the rear row folded, the cheaper cars make complete sense.
Jetour X70 or Chery Tiggo 8?
The X70 is the least expensive way to put seven people in a new SUV in the Kingdom, and it gives up less to do it than the price gap implies. The Chery Tiggo 8 has been here longer and carries a larger engine, which matters on a loaded intercity run. The Haval H6 is the five-seat choice if the extra row is not essential.
Does the X70 keep its value?
Marginally better than its class: about 53% of the price after five years against roughly 52% for Chinese brands here, and 68% at three years. Seven seats at this money is a combination that keeps selling. The X70s reaching inspection carry a median of around 30,000 km, a decent amount of real driving for a model this new, so tyres, brakes and a stamped service book are the practical things to confirm.
Is a used X70 the better buy?
Only just. A nearly new example generally runs around SAR 65,000 to SAR 85,000, about 13% below the new entry price and roughly SAR 10,000 saved — a narrow discount, because the new car is inexpensive to begin with. With a gap that small the remaining factory warranty usually decides it, but the used X70 stock is worth pricing first.
