Our closed Saudi sales put a 2021 Chevrolet Captiva at SAR 32,000, a 2022 at SAR 37,000, a 2023 at SAR 45,000 and a 2025 at SAR 54,000. Live asking prices span roughly SAR 24,000 for a 2021 up to SAR 109,897 for a 2026.

The Hyundai Tucson costs similar money used and is the lower-risk mechanical choice, with a fault on 14% of the ones we inspect against 18% expected for Kingdom family SUVs of the same age and mileage. The Jolion above is newer in design. The Captiva answers with a third row and more equipment per riyal than either.

2022 onwards is the target. The Captiva name was reused in 2019 for a completely new vehicle, updated in the early 2020s with a revised nose and a larger central screen — the clearest dividing line in the run. Cars badged Captiva before 2019 are a different, older SUV and belong in a lower bracket.

Slightly behind its class: about 39% of its value survives five years, against 40% for family SUVs in the Kingdom and 46% across Chevrolet. The Haval Jolion is the strongest thing on this list at roughly 65%, and the Hyundai Kona manages 58%.
