About Ford F150

Nothing else in the Saudi pickup market covers this much ground with one nameplate. The F-150 runs from a stripped work truck to the Raptor, and the current generation — on sale since 2021 — put a twin-turbocharged six at the centre of the range where a V8 used to sit.

Decide what the truck has to do, then read the reports on the used F-150s listed now.

How much does the Ford F-150 cost in Saudi Arabia?

Five of the six versions are variations on a theme; the sixth is not. SAR 195,000 for the XL (Base) gets you the working truck, Lariat and Platinum spend the next steps on cabin materials, and the Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost Super Cab (Top++) at SAR 412,855 is a different machine with long-travel suspension underneath it. Tremor sits in between and buys traction hardware instead of leather.

Which F-150 trim is the one to buy?

XLT for work, Lariat for everything else. XLT keeps the four-wheel drive and the 570 Nm and spends nothing on trim; Lariat adds the interior that makes a long highway run comfortable and is still well short of the top. Platinum and Tremor are worth their premium only for specific reasons — presentation in one case, rough ground in the other.

Ford F-150 or Toyota Tundra?

The Ford is the more capable and better-equipped truck at the same money, and the EcoBoost engine's low-rev pull makes it the easier one to tow with. The Tundra counters with a reputation for running forever and the deeper service network outside the main cities. The Chevrolet Silverado is the cheaper way into a full-size pickup, and the Ford Bronco is the alternative for anyone who wants the off-road ability without the load bed.

Does the F-150 hold its value, and what should you watch for as it ages?

Strongly, and it is the best case for buying one: about 52% after five years, against roughly 47% for the average used pickup in the Kingdom. The F-150s CarSwitch inspects come in at a median of around 120,000 km. What decides the price of an individual truck at that distance is the chassis, the load bed and the state of the suspension after however many years of loaded work — the structural pages of the inspection report, not the odometer reading.

Is a used F-150 the better buy?

Frequently. Used stock generally spans roughly SAR 75,000 to SAR 415,000, which covers several generations and every specification at once, so the trim you want is usually available somewhere on that list.
