To estimate the price of the 2022 Toyota Avalon V6 3.5L Premium, I first considered the selling prices of similar cars. A 2020 Avalon Touring (Mid) with 90000 km sold for 84500 SAR in May 2023, and a 2021 Avalon Touring (Mid) with 166000 km sold for 100000 SAR in June 2024. The 2022 model is newer and has lower mileage (39000 km) and is a Premium variant, which is higher than the Touring. The new car price difference between the Premium and Touring variants is 29440 SAR (177790 - 148350). Applying depreciation, the 2022 model should be valued higher than the 2021 model. Considering the new car price and depreciation, the 2022 Premium should be valued around 15% less than its new price, which is approximately 151121 SAR. Taking into account the selling prices and the new car price depreciation, I estimate the market price to be slightly lower due to market conditions and mileage.
