I started by examining the selling prices of similar cars. A 2017 Kia Cerato with 183,000 km in good condition sold for 30,000 SAR, and another with 192,975 km in average condition sold for 32,000 SAR. The car to be estimated has higher mileage at 223,459 km and is in average condition, so its value should be slightly lower than 32,000 SAR. Next, I looked at the listed prices. A similar car with 225,000 km was listed for 35,500 SAR, but listed prices are generally higher than selling prices. Another with 233,453 km was listed for 34,000 SAR. Considering the selling prices and the listed prices, I estimate the market price to be slightly below the lower selling price due to higher mileage and average condition.
