Like for like on year, a 2015 Q7 went for SAR 32,000 and a 2015 A8 for SAR 54,000; five years newer, a 2020 Q8 sold at SAR 167,000 against SAR 82,000 for a 2020 A5. At Saudi mileages the mechanical report is the purchase decision, not a formality. Across more than 1,000 Audis we have inspected in the Kingdom, 21% carried a mechanical fault in the engine, gearbox, suspension or steering, against the 18% we would expect for cars of the same age and mileage here, and 12% showed an electrical or electronics fault against 8% expected for comparable cars. Both gaps point the same way: these cars do long, hot highway work, so price the suspension and gearbox items in before you offer.

The Q7 is the practical default, seven seats and the widest choice here. The A6 is the saloon without limousine running costs, and the A8 is a lot of car used provided the air suspension has a history. The Q3 is the city-sized option — a 2024 one changed hands at SAR 116,000.
