Eleven versions of the Panamera are on the Saudi price list, and the strongest thing about the car here is not on the spec sheet: it holds its value better than almost anything else in the class. All of them come from the third-generation Panamera, on sale since 2023.
Choose the powertrain, then have the suspension and battery history verified on any individual car before you buy. That includes the used Panameras listed in Saudi Arabia.
How much does the Porsche Panamera cost in Saudi Arabia?
SAR 501,600 for the Base rises to SAR 1,003,600 for the Turbo S E-Hybrid. Between them the list is dense — base, 4, 4S and the E-Hybrids sit close enough together that specification, not budget, decides the choice for most of the range. The jump only becomes severe at the Turbo end.
Which Panamera trim is the one to buy?
The 4 is the sweet spot: all-wheel drive, the 2.9-litre V6 and the full cabin for a modest step over the base car. Take the 4 E-Hybrid instead if home charging is available, since it adds performance as well as electric running. The Executive body is worth it only for rear-seat passengers.
Porsche Panamera or Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door?
The Panamera is the most complete of the big performance four-doors — it rides better than any of them, its hatchback boot is genuinely practical, and it resells extraordinarily well in the Kingdom. The Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door is more theatrical. The BMW 8 Series Gran Coupé is the softer, cheaper alternative.
What does a Panamera cost to run in Saudi Arabia?
The V6 is efficient for the performance, and on the E-Hybrid versions charging is a bonus rather than a requirement — the car drives normally on petrol whether or not you ever plug it in. Consumables are the real cost: tyres and brakes are sized for the performance. SAMACO Automotive handles the brand here, so an owner outside the three main cities should treat a service visit as a drive.
Does the Panamera hold its value, and what should you watch for as it ages?
Remarkably: about 68% of its value after five years against roughly 43% for German premium saloons here, and about 79% at three years. Nothing else in the segment comes close in the Kingdom. Cars arrive at a median of around 130,000 km, so the air suspension, the cooling system and, on hybrids, the battery history are the sections of the inspection report that decide whether a particular car is worth its asking price.
