The Changan CS75 Plus is the newer, sharper mid-size SUV that sits above the original CS75 — roomier, far more modern inside, and the model that put Changan on Saudi shopping lists. We have 5 used CS75 Pluses listed.
What to look over on a used Changan CS75 Plus
Price the tyres into your offer, then use the rest of the report to argue the balance.
Asking prices on our Kingdom listings start at SAR 37,600 for an early-2020s car and reach SAR 103,000 for a current-year one. Trim swings that more than the year: the higher grades bring the twin-screen dashboard, panoramic roof and driver aids, and hold a clear premium used.
Tyres, and little else. 15% of the Changan CS75 Pluses we inspect in Saudi Arabia arrive on mismatched or damaged tyres, against the 5% we would expect for SUVs of the same age and mileage in the Kingdom — the consequence of cheap replacement rubber going onto a heavy car, and the cheapest fault on this page to put right. Nothing on the body, interior or electrical side stands out, which at this money is the point.
The Hyundai Santa Fe costs similar money and is the more established choice, though 33% of the ones we inspect show a mechanical fault against 26% expected for SUVs of the same age and mileage in the Kingdom. Within Changan, the CS85 is the coupe-roofed, cheaper sibling and none of the ones we see arrive on bad tyres, against 4% expected for its class.
2022 to 2024 is the sweet spot. The CS75 Plus launched here at the start of the decade and was restyled a couple of years in, with a new front end and a much-improved infotainment system — that is the line to be on the right side of.
Better than the badge's reputation suggests: about 45% of its value after five years, against 51% for mid-size SUVs in the Kingdom, and level with Changan as a whole. The Toyota RAV4 is the class benchmark at roughly 62% if that is your priority.
