I started by looking at the selling prices of similar cars. The first car, a 2015 Hyundai Grand Santa Fe V6 3.3L Top with 175200 km, sold for 41000 SAR on 2023-09-14. The second car, a 2015 model with 238000 km, sold for 38000 SAR on 2024-07-02. The third car, a 2016 model with 127000 km in good condition, sold for 65000 SAR on 2024-02-25, but since it is in better condition and a newer model, it is less relevant. The fourth car, a 2014 model with 258000 km, sold for 37000 SAR on 2024-05-21, but it is a base variant, so it is also less relevant. The car to be estimated is a 2015 model with 204000 km in average condition. Considering the selling prices of the first two cars, I adjusted for the mileage difference and the date of sale. The listed prices were higher, with one similar car listed for 52000 SAR, another for 47000 SAR, and another for 40000 SAR, but these are generally higher than actual selling prices. Based on the selling prices and adjusting for mileage and condition, I estimated the market price.
