I started by examining the selling prices of similar cars. The 2022 Hyundai Kona with the same variant and specs sold for 64000 SAR in January 2024 with a mileage of 35609 km. Another 2021 model with 15000 km sold for the same price in August 2024. The 2020 models sold for 54500 SAR and 60500 SAR with mileages of 66000 km and 59000 km respectively. The target car has a higher mileage of 109000 km, which would decrease its value compared to these examples. I also considered the listed prices of similar 2022 models, which ranged from 58000 SAR to 67000 SAR, but these were not actual selling prices. Given the higher mileage of the target car, I adjusted the estimate downward from the 64000 SAR selling price of the lower mileage 2022 model.
