The Grand Wagoneer only arrived recently, so there's no earlier generation or facelift to weigh against. Judge individual cars on options and condition rather than trying to time a model-year sweet spot that doesn't exist yet.

The Toyota Land Cruiser is the benchmark on condition, with prior body or panel repair on 19% of the ones we inspect against the 43% we'd expect for full-size SUVs in the Kingdom, unusually clean for the class. The GMC Yukon is the closer American-size match if a Land Cruiser feels too utilitarian for what you want, and it inspects well on the same check at 47% against a 55% expectation for that group.
